Dominik Rosenau Pre-Law Honors Student Discussing the Nuremberg Code 3:08PM Monday May 30, 2022, on KWRO

Dominik-Alexander Rosenau

Dominik Alexander is a 19-year-old pre-law honors student at Lane Community College with a 3.84 GPA and was invited to become a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society which he accepted in his second term.

Dominik began learning the importance of the free-market enterprise at 6 years old when he would buy items from the secondhand store and sell them door to door in the neighborhood. He quickly formed a regular clientele, learned the needs of his customers, and sought out the items they preferred.

When Dominik was in second grade he began attending the school run by the First Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Springfield, Oregon, and remained there until its closure in 2015 when he was home schooled until he graduated.

When he was 11 and 12 he ran a charity raising money to open a sensory gym in Eugene for people with ASD. Dominik raised thousands of dollars in donations for his neighboring community.

At 13 Dominik began to take an interest in U.S. history, particularly during the Revolutionary era. He was fascinated by the fact that a document around 230 years old was held so dear by the American people and still governed the United States so well. He began to study the history and meaning of this great Constitution and how it’s been held on to by the people and the courts over the centuries.

Today, Dominik aspires to attend law school and become an attorney to fight against injustice and help those who’s rights have been violated.

Dominik studied diligently in Jr. high and high school to find a career path that would best suit him. He was particularly interested in helping people, and consequently looked into lifesaving careers. After graduating early from the small private high school his parents started, Dominik went to school to learn how to teach CPR, AED and First Aid through Red Cross. He paid his way through that school by selling pies, which he learned to make in Home economics, and is rather famous for in his community.

During this time Dominik continued to volunteer to teach the Constitution and history in his parents’ small private school. He diligently studied his fascination with U.S. History and Constitutional law during his pre and post high school years, and has committed to memory many of the U.S. Supreme Court cases which uphold Constitutional law.

When Covid closures shut down his CPR business before he even got it going, Dominik decided he needed to help people reclaim their rights run their businesses. He began pre-law studies at Lane Community College nearing the end of the 2020 school year, and is almost finished with his AA degree.

Dominik aspires to assume a position in municipal government, and is looking into the city laws that would make him eligible to do so. This year he has had a great opportunity to teach many aspiring politicians, and many great people who he now considers friends. He has even created an 11-week comprehensive Bill of Rights course, which can be found at https://wethepeoplelaw.talentlms.com/index

Dominik wishes to one day become a federal Judge, protecting the foundations of this country that made it great. On his free time, he enjoys working, studying, speaking, shooting, camping, hiking, climbing, exercising, writing, and challenging people who may know more about the Bill of Rights than he does.
