Bandon School Board Enacts an Excise Tax on New Construction Inside the District
Here are the Minutes to the June 10, 2024, Meeting of the Bandon School Board:
The members of the Bandon School Board voted unanimously to enact a new property tax.
It is time to vote out ALL the current school board members and replace them with people who will not impose more taxes on an already overburdened tax base.
The Coos County Board of Commissioners had to approve an IGA with the Bandon School District to collect the tax and Commissioner Rod Taylor spoke out in opposition to the tax.
